Description: The HPX smock is a great alternative to the jacket. Made form the same HPX fabric with all the associated benefits but in a smock design. It features a high fleece lined collar inside of which there is a non-abrasive stretch fabric neck seal and a spume visor for face protection. On the front a large pouch pocket and a fleece lined hand warmer tunnel add extra comfort. Whether you choose the smock or jacket you will have the best protection available. Available in Red/Dark Grey in sizes S-XXL.

'BUY IT NOW.'
Strengths:
Totally, but totally windproof, lightweight, big, big pockets front and back and if you catch a wave you stay dry, the pockets don't fill-up and you don't get cold. Also, people assume if you're wearing one of these you're a pro sailor. And a rich one.
Weaknesses:
The price. I bought mine as "last-season" stock for 1/4 of this price and thought it was expensive. It's not. It's a great jacket. But it's still a lot of money.
Overall:
Fantastic jacket if you can afford it. I've used it sailing a Drascombe Scaffie in the North Sea and canoeing and it's good for both. It's also got reflective strips on the sleeve, which is a nice touch. It feels as if it'll last forever.
