'SO FAR THE BEST I HAVE USED'
Strengths:
Totally waterproof.comfortable, strong, warm with the right gear inside.
Trousers come in broad fitting...I'm a skinny 5'8" but had the broad trousers for ease of movement and to allow more under clothing/midlayers to beat the cold.
If anyhting I would redesign less on the trousers than the jacket.
Weaknesses:
Another large leg pocket with an easy to open long flap for use with gloves would be good.
Overall:
Good quality materials, Jacket with the trousers they make a formidable oponent to other manufacturers suits with just a few reservations.(see my comments on the jacket).
I enjoyed getting swamped by waves during a recent voyage and stayed totally dry whilst crew suffered with inferior oilees from ingress of water and sweating.
With the on-line discounts at certain times of the year you may be lucky with price. I went for a last years model offer at over £100 off and when they couldn't supply I got an offer of only £15 more for the new years model if I was prepared to wait a couple of months for it. I did so.
I really trust Goretex. I also have HPX Boots by Musto and Clipper Goretex deck shoes by Dubarry and all totally waterproof.
Double ended zips...are you male or female?

'YEAH, THESE ARE GOOD. THEY'RE WARM AND KEEP OUT THE WATER.'
Strengths:
A good fit without being bulky. I liked the "adjusti-bum" strap to stop drafts down my back.
Weaknesses:
These are good. But why is the front zip double-ended?
Overall:
These are definitely the business, and not as expensive as the jacket.

'HIGH QUALITY WITH A HIGH PRICE TAG TO MATCH'
Strengths:
Nice to have hand warmer pockets on the trousers not just the jacket, as when your not wearing it you still have somewhere to put your hands. Very comfortable and like how the gore-tex stretches.
Weaknesses:
Pretty expesive, but worth every penny
Overall:
If you only ever buy one set of oilskins - buy these!
