'FOOLPROOF AND RELIABLE'
Strengths:
It's very easy to use and is good for mid-sized vessels, the menus are easy to navigate and it is affordable too. Reliable and pretty much hassle free.
Weaknesses:
There aren't many negatives, but trouble shooting can be a problem, and I have had the screen freeze once- not best if you are single-handing. It's also not great in rough seas and there it can be overpowered easily- but then the same goes for most other pilot system of this price bracket.
Overall:
Great if you are buying your first pilot system and want one that is good value for money- it does all you could expect from one of this price bracket- and my complaints are probably because I am using the system outside of what it was designed for. On craft below 35 ft, that don't weigh 24 tonnes and in half-decent weather this system is brilliant, but if you are looking for something more hardcore then maybe this isn't for you. Still, even up the price scale- there is only so much an auto can do, so this is a very good option.

'A STURDY PIECE OF EQUIPMENT.'
Strengths:
A reliable workhorse that can stand up to some rough treatment.
Weaknesses:
Starts to lose its concentration in rough weather; this was on eight tons of boat in force 7 -8.
Overall:
I felt quite happy and secure with this piece of equipment, it performed well and required no attention from me.
