    'A USEFUL TOOL AT SEA'
    Strengths:
    Neatly laid out with all the necessary sections.
    Weaknesses:
    Spiral binding and waterproof covers would improve usability.
    Overall:
    A neat and comprehensive book enabling the recording of essential infomation needed to safely navigate.
