    'A HANDY TOUCH WITH A GOOD BRIGHT LIGHT'
    Strengths:
    Small, light weight, bright, waterproof, uses AA batteries and fits easily in to a pocket.
    Weaknesses:
    The twist on-off mechanism (you twist the lens) is difficult to use with cold hands. Barely glows at all - you'll find in in the pitch black but otherwise not much of a feature.
    Overall:
    Expensive for a very simple torch. Average bicycle light is a better buy.
