No business likes to receive criticism, but a recent complaint about slow delivery from Mailspeed Marine, sent by e-mail via The MainSail, was positively welcomed by chief executive Leighton King.
“At Mailspeed Marine we are certainly not afraid of criticism, mainly because our most significant changes in recent years, both external and internal, have been born out of customer feedback,” he said. And now he is inviting MainSail members to provide more feedback, whether complaints or compliments, via a new thread on the forum.
"At Mailspeed Marine we are very proud of our long tradition of award-winning customer service, after sales care and unbeatable pricing. Next year we shall be entering our 25th year of trading with each and every year being better than the last,” said Leighton.
“During our time in business we have always rewarded customer feedback, whether bad or good, and always tried to use it to make changes to our business. Customer feedback is free advice, and while many businesses shy away from hearing complaints, we at Mailspeed Marine are certainly not afraid of criticism!
“We have calls and email everyday from our most satisfied and most disgruntled customers, and this forum thread is intended to be an interactive focal point for everyone to have their say!"
