Sunreef 122

OK, here's the dream. Money no object, you've got the mooring in the Caribbean and you're about to take delivery of THE YACHT. No messing around, you've gone for broke. So you've chosen the new Sunreef 122 catamaran - which is, wait for it - a 122-foot flybridge three-decker, with two nav stations up top and a jacuzzi to go with the upstairs and downstairs bars.

Built to customer spec

Don't believe it? It's being built right now to a customer's specification. So if you're on good speaking terms with Sir Mick, Sir Cliff or Sir Elton, maybe you can order yours too.

Guests and crew

This is certainly the business. When completed, the new cat will have four en-suite double guest cabins in the starboard hull, and another two cabins in the port hull that can accommodate a crew of six.

Acres of deck space

But it's the flybridge that takes your breath away. Both the size and the sheer audacity of it. There's a whopping 1,000 square feet of deck space, complete with two navigation stations, jacuzzi, bar and sofas.

Acres of sail

There's awesome sail capacity too, as if you're only a few steps short of a traditional windjammer. Around 7,000 square feet of sail and rigging, as well as hydraulic and electric systems, will ensure unmatched sailing comfort. Imagine sailing that on your tod. Better still, imagine the computer power!

Luxury plus

This sail-powered aircraft carrier is certainly top of the range treasure in the Sunreef line-up. She won't just freak you out, she'll blow your guests away too. For instance, not only can you stare out at fantastic sea views from the elegant saloon, you can enjoy the feel of admiral's quarters in the 100-foot owner's cabin on the lower mezzanine floor forward.

Polish and proud of it

Too OTT for you? Well pinch yourself, because this is a reality. And this giant luxury indulgence is not American either. It's Polish, built in Gdansk. In the old "Lenin Shipyard" built originally in 1844, birthplace of Solidarnosc, the Polish freedom movement led by Lech Walesa against communism - where huge great halls echo to the sounds of luxury craft being created, waiting for massive dockside cranes to lift them into the water, ready for their first trip downriver to the Baltic.

Charter option

Oh, and if buying one of these luxury leviathans feels a bit much for you, you can always charter one. These Sunreef people have thought of everything.

Except perhaps how to acquire your first million in the first place.
