Musto break out the warm weather gear | | |
 | |
New tramline-stripe sun tops. They're in single colour satsuma and flo-green too - as well as white and navy. Super-cool in 92% cotton & 8% elastane for comfort and holding shape. In sizes from 8 to 18, at just $22.

Wipe the icy spray off your face and the icicles off your eyebrows. Get your gloves off and climb out of those leggings. Hang up that jacket and close the locker. THE SUN'S COMING! About time too. And as the temperature struggles into double figures for the first time, the more brave of us are daring to ignore the coolth and getting into the serious business of looking cool. Quite right too. Because though winter's wet weather gear can look stylish and stunning, looking cool and being cool are unbeatable ways to be - and you've got to get in practice for when the sun hits 30°!
Of course Musto have got there first. They read the weather forecasts quicker than we do, thinking of all those days in France and cruising round the Med. Yes please! Especially you girls, making tracks for the sun - they've now started with new tramline-stripes for their stunning sun tops. Cool certainly, with Musto's practical flair that includes adjustable shoulder straps and inner self-fabric bust support.
Then, for the queen of cool, there's a new zip-neck sleeveless stretch pique - a stylish top with ribbed collar and side-seam piping, almost pure cotton with just enough lycra stretch to flatter and shape.
Plus, of course and madly popular as always, the feminine-look rugby jerseys are back - in soft colours with a strong come-on. Soft cotton too, with just 8% lycra for glamorous and curvaceous stretch. And after the clamour and sell-out of last year, the almost knee-length Weymouth shorts are back too, heaven for the beach and updated this season with contrasting floral print side panels and curved back seam detail - in sky/navy or soft pink/raspberry.

New and hot this season, the #1 Genoa T-shirt is all-cotton style - the latest in cool for just $22.50

And when you're hot, that's cool too
Guys, guys, you're not forgotten either. Haven't Musto always been there for you with the good stuff? They put you first, right? And they've done it again with the new #1 Genoa T-shirt, an all-cotton creation with diagonal front and back print and stylish detail in its colour-contrast asymmetric zig-zag stitching. Colours include carbon, flo-green, red, and sail white in sizes from small to extra-extra large. More in-your-face - for competitors that is - is this year's #1 Print T-shirt, with its massive #1 across the back, a view all challengers will get used to seeing - in carbon, flo-green, red or sail white.
Or maybe the same thought in a panel across the chest is more your style. With its unmistakeable message contrasted with zig-zag colour stitching for detail interest, the new #1 Panel T-shirt has attitude all over it.
So cool, you need to seem 'em for yourself
Need to see 'em for real? Then keep an eye out at Musto stockists across the country, or get yourself into a Musto store - in Chichester, Cowes, Dartmouth, Guildford, Lymington, Padstow and Salcombe. Or if you can't wait that long, click on www.musto.co.uk in the Technical or Casual selections - you can even register for the latest catalogue direct to your door.
Whatever you do, get ready to take some heat. With all that summer style coming at you, you're going to get noticed!

| Posted: 19/04/06 15:05:40 40 | We all of course wear branded oilskins as it really is the only type of waterproofs that will hold out in extreme nautical conditions, but what about your casual clothes? Do you sport matching Musto t-shirt and shorts on the jetty, or do you just have general pieces unsailing related that you wear all the time?
I do find when I purchase a Musto top, that I will almost always take it with me while sailing, but now some of the designs are getting a bit more ‘trendy,’ some items are slowly coming out of the sailing closet and into the main wardrobe!
