If you're planning some early season sailing you might want to take a look at Henri Lloyd's new thermal Core base layer range - part of the company's Atmosphere 360 Cold Zone collection.
The Cold Zone collection has been designed to provide the comfort sailors need when the temperature falls or during more passive activities - like standing a night watch . Products within this range include next to skin and mid-layer systems, important for controlling thermal insulation.
The thermal Core base layer range has been designed to provide a lightweight, high-stretch and quick-drying thermal layer. The company says the key benefit of this collection is its high wicking quality - it draws moisture away from your body to keep you dry and comfortable.
The Core collection also features silver ion antimicrobial technology to prevent the build up of odours and also has built-n 30+ UVF protection for defence against the sun's harmful rays.
As with the whole Henri Lloyd collection, a women's range has also been designed, which is a technical replica of the men's collection, but shaped for the female figure.
The range is available in light grey in sizes: S - XXL (men) or 1 -5 (women). It includes long sleeved crew (£28), short-sleeved crew (£25) and tight (£28) in men's and women's sizes, and, for the men only, the Core long-sleeved zip crew at £30.
