Raymarine G Series at Southampton

Raymarine G Series display Raymarine will be showing a range of new products at the Southampton Boat Show (September 14th to 23rd).

Raymarine's top of the range navigation system, the G Series will be making its UK debut at the show. Offering more than just navigation, G Series is a complete information, command and entertainment system, says the company.

This high performance networked system features a built in high-capacity hard drive, pre-loaded with Navionics Platinum cartography providing detailed navigation charts, 3D topography and aerial photographic views.

The G Series sunlight viewable, low profile, LCD displays are available in 12 inch, 15 inch, 17 inch and 19 inch sizes, and claim to provide unrivalled detail on clear and easy to see screens. Raymarine AIS information display

Also on show will be Raymarine's new AIS250, a compact unit that provides Automatic Identification System (AIS) reception of data over VHF. This latest onboard technology enables users to identify and track vessels in the vicinity, providing the vessel name, MMSI number, radio call sign, type of ship and cargo identity, as well as dynamic information such as course, speed, rate of turn and heading.

Another new range at the show will be ST70, the latest instrumentation system from Raymarine, equipped with high resolution colour displays. Raymarine ST70 autopilot control

ST70 offers a new way of visualising data and autopilot control. Designed for simple set up and extensive user customisation, ST70 offers digital, analogue, graphic and historical data display options.
