              I also bought a Sylphe Dufour last year in Delta Marina , Kortgene , Holland. So far had a lot of fun and good sailing in her. I also am trying to accumulate any information on the boat. If you have anything on the boat I would love to share it with you. I will put the details of my boat here soon.

             I've just picked up on your post. I live in Kyle of Lochalsh and I've sailed  my Dufour Sylphe 'Saorsa' up here for the last 2 years after having bought her from Oban. I think I'm right in saying you got Amourette on the Forth?? I have found her to be a great little sea boat, I have 3 kids and we have cruised round the islands very safely on her and she also helped me pick up some silverware in the local yacht club races last summer, if you would like to know more get in touch with me at alan.gmain@btopenworld.com

thankyou everyone for your responce it great.  i have been so buzzy with amourette over the winter months.  i have striped her back to the original gel coat which is burgandy(six coats of paintand years of anti-foul).  and are just about to put six coats of gel200 below the water line, and two coats of perfection undercoat and two coats of perfection finish above.  also i've striped all the wood outside the boat ready for teak oil and vanish.  i will post some photo's when i am finish.
