Guys - been waiting patiently for Navimo (via Plastimo) to call me back, just as well I didn't hold my breath!
Fitted petrol fuel sensors to twin petrol engines, connected to a NavMan 5505 chart plotter via a Nav bus and (Y) splitter. Configured the chart plotter as per the manual. Only one sensor input works (connected each sensor in turn to the splitter so to isolate the actual sender units. All of the other sender units work (all Navman via the bus, depth, speed, temp etc). I suspect the splitter is faulty (thats the only bit I can't check) but can't get a replacement anywhere. Don't know where else to turn. Anyone come across it?
