I am looking for a pair of completely waterproof and ankle sealable dinghy boots. They need to be comfortable, warm, and have good grip. Looking for something under £30 if possible. Can anyone recommend?

or Quayside's Rockall Boot (http://www.themainsail.com/review/reviewproduct/mps/RPN/6889/prod/Quayside-Rockall-Boot/RCN/0/rgn//v/5)
Neither of which are ankle, but are the shortest ones availible that are sealable and water proof. Might be better off for going for some thing in neoprene instead.
