Seems that the fire which destroyed the Cutty Sark was caused by someone failing to turn off the hoover before the weekend and a couple of security guards who didn't notice the fire!

Isn't somebody is supposed to be managing this project? What do the Cutty Sark Trust do?

We all know that the world is full of lazyness and incompetence; the idea of management is to realise this and try to impliment systems that iniminate (or at least attempt to) dangerous practises.

Had anybody been monitoring the security guards? Sounds like they probably were't even there or at least if they were, they were asleep.
