leaking deck

the boat is filling with water and the fixing bolts attatching the deck to the sides are corroding, how easy are the bolts to replace and has anyone experiance of these faults, thinking of buying this boat but nervous of capability....:-)

Sorry, no direct expereince, but I'll try and find someone who can give you a sensible answer....
Is the water only coming in through the fixings, or is the whole hull/deck join leaking?

from the survey it sounds like the join is leaking, the fixings are definately leaking and some of the wood plates underneath is rotten.on the brighter side there is no osmosis ???????????????
